SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Before placing your order with Wild Orchid Spaces Pty Ltd (ACN 642 633 467) (Wild Orchid Spaces or our or we or us), please note our policy guidelines on orders, returns and exchanges, as well as shipping.
For the avoidance of any doubt, all of our orders shall be governed by our Customer Terms and to the extent of any inconsistency with this policy and the Customer Terms, the Customer Terms shall prevail.
PLACING AN ORDER
At this time Wild Orchid Spaces accepts credit card (Visa and Mastercard only) and direct deposit. For orders of all ‘in stock items’ we require 100% non-refundable payment upfront. All made-to-order products will incur a non-refundable 50% deposit at the placement of your order. On shipment of your order, the balance due will be payable through credit card or direct deposit.
All items in the Wild Orchid Spaces Collection are one-off and therefore cannot be re-ordered once they are sold. The only exception to this are the Wild Orchid Spaces Rugs. Our collection of rugs are available in four standard sizes, and can be ordered in bespoke sizing, subject to manufacture availability. In this case, lead times may vary.
MADE TO ORDER
Our rugs are made to order. Made to order items begin production immediately upon receiving payment of the deposit. As a result, the item(s) cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time. Given our Wild Orchid Spaces products are artisan crafted with a hand-finished nature, variations are to be anticipated and admired. Each item is unique, with no two exactly alike. Please note that images on our website and items shown in our gallery may vary slightly from your actual piece.
MADE TO ORDER LEAD TIME
Order lead-time is 12 weeks. With shipping times dependent on location, delays can at times be unavoidable, however, we will always update you with any changes to shipping. Wild Orchid Spaces takes no responsibility for third party shipping delays.
PREPARING FOR FURNITURE DELIVERY
The Wild Orchid Spaces team will work with you to determine how your item/s will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the desired location. For the avoidance of any doubt, you will at all times be responsible to determine the suitability of the items for your own purposes.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY NOTIFICATION
COST OF SHIPPING
Our goal is to provide accuracy in all prices, delivery rates and other information. All prices are in Australian dollars. Prior to order, please notify Wild Orchid Spaces of any special delivery requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, the need for small trucks to navigate narrow roads and driveways, restricted delivery time frames due to local regulations, multiple flights of stairs and service elevator reservations.
The purchaser is responsible for payment of shipping. Once the order is received, we will prepare your invoice which includes the white glove shipping and delivery costs with Wild Orchid Spaces preferred delivery partner. Payment in full of this invoice, is due prior to shipping items. In the case of Made to Order products, this is the remaining 50% balance.
Wild Orchid Spaces will ship Australia wide. Shipping to Tasmania may incur an additional fee. At this time, Wild Orchid Spaces does not offer international shipping.
OUR SHIPPING PARTNERS
Wild Orchid Spaces work closely with a group of hand selected shipping providers who provide a white glove service. We highly recommend that you use the white glove service when arranging shipping. Should you choose to use the white glove service, Wild Orchid Spaces will, within reasonable circumstances, make all necessary attempts to make good any items that are damaged or broken in transit.
THIRD PARTY SHIPPING
Should you decide to arrange your own shipping, Wild Orchid Spaces will not take responsibility for this shipping in any way. In the instance an item arrives damaged or broken, Wild Orchid Spaces will not be responsible for rectifying this situation.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all ship-to address information is correct.
Made to order items will endeavour to be shipped within 10 business days of the order’s arrival at the Wild Orchid Spaces warehouse. At such time, Wild Orchid Spaces will advise the buyer of the expected shipping and delivery times. The Purchaser will be contacted 48 hrs prior to delivery with a delivery timeframe. With shipping times dependant on location, delays can at times be unavoidable, however, we will use our best endeavours to provide updates around changes to shipping. Wild Orchid Spaces takes no responsibility for third party shipping delays.
Vanities will be packaged in separate parts and require on site assembly. Instructions for assembly will be relayed prior.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES DISCLAIMER
Returns and exchanges of any items will be governed by our Customer Terms.
Prior to purchase, please measure your space carefully and ensure the item will fit. Once an order is placed, cancellation is not possible.
All orders placed are considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Wild Orchid Spaces engages third-parties to provide specific delivery services to safeguard products in transit, and to ensure each product is delivered in perfection condition.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us on 0460 000 084 within three business days of receiving your product.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Wild Orchid Spaces will work with you to make things right. For further information, please refer to the Customer Terms
INSTALLATION AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Wild Orchid Spaces recommends installation of all vanities be managed by a licensed builder, in conjunction with specialist trades.
Prior to installation, Wild Orchid Spaces will provide a specification sheet for your preferred builder. This will contain dimensions of each part of each vanity, and installation guidelines.
Vanity height can be customised on site by your builder if required.
All items will come with detailed Care instructions. Care instructions will vary depending on the individual item.
